01How is a custom project different from a ready-made platform?
A platform is already built: we brand and configure it, and you can be live in weeks for a fixed licence fee. A custom project is designed around your workflow from scratch and is scoped and priced after a discovery phase.

01How long does a typical build take?
Most systems launch in 4 to 10 weeks, depending on scope, integrations and data migration. You get a timeline with the proposal.
02How do we start?
Share your scope, and we will map requirements, pricing and milestones before kickoff.

01Can the platforms carry our own brand?
Yes. Name, logo, colours, domain, user flows and modules are all configurable.
02Where is our system hosted?
We deploy on Cloudflare’s global network by default — Workers, D1 and R2 — so pages load fast in both Dhaka and New York. Other clouds are available on request.
Support
01Do you support systems after launch?
Yes. Support plans include monitoring, backups, fixes and planned improvements, with response times agreed in an SLA.
